Executive Order 11110

A lawyer by the name of Becraft was in Chicago several years ago defending a gentleman in a case that I attended. Mr. Becraft wrote this about JFK's Executive Order 11110, something I stumbled upon after following a link from him. This Executive Order was mentioned to me while I was in Nevada.
